We are seeking to further develop a luxurious service for families with children on short and long-stay vacations by including nanny services.

Villa and Family Experience Professional

Core Duties:

• Development of activities suitable for the international leisure family market.
• Directly engage with, and be assigned to provide nanny services, as proof of concept and demonstration.
• Develop responses to incidents and risks associated including emergency first response.
• Create and deliver engaging educational activities for children.
• Train Nannies in services and expectations of international market.
• Accountable for issues, supplies and resources.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Over 10 years’ experience in nanny and childcare services.
• Tertiary or professional certification in childcare or related services.
• Experience with serving international clients and families, with an understanding of the expectations of the target customer base.
• Strong oral communication skills in English Language.
• Experience in the design and development of child engagement and education activities.
• Track record of being reliable.
• Ability to drive and the holder of a valid driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to travel at short notice, work on weekends and public holidays.
• CPR & First Aid training/certification.
