An established financial institution is seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Investment Banking to lead deal execution, drive client relationships, and contribute strategically to the division's growth. This senior-level role requires a dynamic professional capable of structuring and executing complex, high-value transactions across M&A, capital markets, restructuring, and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of M&A, capital raising (equity & debt), and restructuring transactions.
• Develop and critically review financial models, valuations, and transaction structures.
• Oversee due diligence, negotiations, and transaction closing processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate executives and institutional investors.
• Expand and maintain a network of high-profile corporate clients and financial partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the division’s growth strategy and market positioning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold professional integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of investment banking experience with a proven track record in high-value transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA preferred).
• Deep expertise in M&A, capital markets, restructuring, and financial advisory.
• Established network of corporate executives, institutional investors, and private equity firms.
• Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank is a plus.
