The Customer Experience (CX) Coordinator focuses on improving customers’ experiences with a company and lead teams that handle customer experience-related tasks.

The Service Advisor is the first line of contact for the customers during the service process. He/ She is the communication liaison between the customer and the dealership and is always therefore expected to represent the company as per guidelines.

To ensure all Government trade regulations are followed in the processing and clearing of cargo with full knowledge of the customs regulations and procedures as well as shipping and insurance requirements for clearances of cargo / containers at the Ports, Airport and Bonds.

Support Customs Department by ensuring that customs documents for shipping or clearing of cargo are completed accurately so that customers receive their cargo in a timely manner.

The warehouse attendant will be responsible for assisting in monitoring physical stock levels, packing and storing of goods and loading goods on delivery trucks.

The incumbent is expected to ensure that all shipments are cleared accurately in a timely manner to avoid penalty charges.

The Mechanic is required to service and maintain and keep in good order all ground service equipment.

The incumbent supports the Company’s mechanics through the execution of basic maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle cleaning.
