Responsible for implementing sales, distribution, and marketing strategies throughout Dominica to support profitable growth within the company's international operations
To drive sustained sales growth and profitability by leading, coaching, and supervising Van Sales teams to achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets, while optimizing route execution, coverage, effective visits, drop size, and in-store visibility across assigned territories
To ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and management accounts, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and key financial processes, including accounts payable and expense recoverables
To provide support to the Financial Controller by overseeing financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and key operational finance functions to ensure accuracy, strong financial controls, and regulatory compliance
To work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Promotions and Merchandising teams to ensure optimum Sales, Visibility and Promotion of the assigned brands within existing and new trade channels, and to enhance the Company’s image as a preferred supplier in the Industry.
To enhance the value of assigned products by ensuring all goods are properly displayed and merchandised.
To be the primary technical resource for the brand. Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
To perform all tasks required for the efficient sale of company products including automotive, industrial, marine, and motorcycle batteries directly from the assigned company Sales Van. The duties include identifying new sales opportunities and meeting sales targets.
The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new market opportunities and lead the sales team to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
The Corporate Sales Executive will identify business growth opportunities, develop strategies to increase sales, create new customer relationships as well as build on existing relationships and meet or exceed the company’s sales targets.
