To repair and/or service vehicles in adherence to Manufacturer’s recommendations and established company policies and procedures to ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time and delivered to customers by promised date and time.
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting her manager with the preparation of financial reports, supervise staff in accounts payable, accounts receivables, invoicing, etc.
Positioned on the company’s frontlines, the customer service representative (CSR) role is integral to the company and this rep must have the ability to actively listen to customers to fulfill the day-to-day customer requirements.
