Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Associate to join our Finance Shared Services Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoice entries, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for approval and submission according to the schedule.
  • Prepare cheque and EFT payments in line with established timelines.
  • Ensure timely submission of remittance payments to suppliers.
  • Monitor and maintain the utility tracker for assigned companies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Report significant price changes for goods or services to the supervisor.
  • Ensure invoices are processed within 30 days to avoid delays.
  • Handle deduction payments and prepare reports for supervisors.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payables or within an Accounts Department is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (spreadsheets).
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC modules is a plus.

Work Conditions:

  • Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (flexibility may be required).
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work based on service requirements.
