JOB TITLE: CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER 


Responsibilities

1. Update blacklisted customers records as is required.

2. Follow-up with customers with outstanding balances via the phone and/or via email with accuracy, courtesy.

3. Maintain professional conduct at all times.

4. Assist in the Manufacturing Audits from time to time and ensure our system is updated

5. Provide a number of administrative support functions to both the Auditing and Manufacturing Teams.

6. Perform perpetual stock count on occasions.

7. Maintain confidentiality of product pricing and trade secrets.

8. Any other related duties that may be requested by Management.

 

Requirements

Formal Education

• B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of three (3) years of related in Administration, Auditing or related fields
• Adept at Microsoft Office Suite- especially Microsoft Excel

Knowledge & Experience

• Excellent time management skills
• Must be self-directed and reliable in planning and completion of tasks
• Highly motivated and must be target driven
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent selling and negotiation skill sets
• High level of integrity
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Respectful and even tempered
• Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Partakes in team building
• Keen attention to details
• Professional personal presentation
