The Trade Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring superior coverage
among company's Platinum, Gold, and Silver customers.
THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY AND PRESENTLY LIVING HERE.
Our client located in the EAST is looking for an Trade Manager.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Salary is between $15,000.00 (Base) and $3,500.00 (Travelling) monthly
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth and Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth among Platinum, Gold, and Silver customer tiers.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to strengthen relationships with key accounts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess customer needs and provide strategic guidance to the sales team.
2. SKU-Specific Strategies
- Use market intelligence and sales data to create SKU-specific strategies aimed at boosting product uptake and penetration.
- Focus on increasing sales of Focus and Cash Cow products across customer accounts.
3. Coverage and Distribution
- Ensure all pharmacies within the Platinum, Gold, and Silver tiers stock and promote Focus and Cash Cow SKUs.
- Monitor product availability and address gaps in coverage through strategic sales initiatives.
4. Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between the field team and the T&T Sales Manager to communicate market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics for assigned customer tiers and products.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and SKU performance to the T&T Sales Manager.
6. Customer Insights and Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Use insights to recommend adjustments to sales strategies and contribute to the development of marketing initiatives.
7. Compliance and Professional Standards
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with Ultra-Pharm’s policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
1. Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Experience:
At least 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales
initiatives.
3. Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and customer segments.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for strategic decision-
making.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
4. Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within Trinidad.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
