The Medical Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a regional team of medical representatives to achieve prescription targets, achieve unit sales per month, increase product awareness, and build relationships with healthcare professionals.

Medical Marketing Supervisor
Must have a reliable working vehicle and a valid Driver's License
*** This position may require travel within the designated territory/occasional overnight stays.
*** Some flexibility in working hours may be required, especially when engaging with
healthcare professionals outside regular office hours.
SALARY: $15,000.00 to $18,000.00
Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead outreach efforts for key accounts and opinion leaders within doctors, dentist
and veterinarians to ensure maximum leverage of the Apotex brand.
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of medical representatives to meet and exceed
sales targets and KPIs.
o Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and align
strategies.
o Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for team
members.
o Monitor and evaluate individual team members’ performance, offering constructive
feedback and support.
o Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Pharmacology/Sciences or Related Field
A certificate in Sales & Marketing will be an asset.
• Experience:
o Minimum (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
o At least 1-2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role, managing a team
of sales representatives.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales techniques and industry trends.
o Ability to analyze data and targets, as well as develop actionable strategies.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
o Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

o Valid driver’s license/willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories.
