Technical Sales Associate (Agricultural)

TECHNICAL SALES ASSOCIATE

(H&L Agro - Montego Bay)

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide technical information to customers, in aiding purchasing decisions.
• Support leadership guidance to branch team members.
• Support the maintenance of in-store merchandising.
• Support the availability of saleable inventory through assisting with the ordering, receival and delivery processes.

• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills and initiative.
• Result oriented, with good time management skills.
• Good analytical and numeric skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Associate Degree in Agriculture or related field.
• CXC pass at the general level in a numeric subject.
• At least one year’s experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
• An understanding of the 5S Methodology is an asset

 Working conditions include moderate exposure to dust and fumes from sales inventory.
