Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and completing full recruiting cycle with applicants assigned to fill existing job openings through effective communication with appropriate department supervisors and managers for a specific location.

Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and completing full recruiting cycle with applicants assigned to fill existing job openings through effective communication with appropriate department supervisors and managers for a specific location.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
•Screen and refer qualified applicants to appropriate department management for follow-up interview.
•Partner with Recruiting Team and department managers to assess personnel needs to prepare and implement the recruitment process.
•Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
•Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.
•Maintain updated ATS and New hire documentations.
•Responsible for finalizing hiring process in ORC for all new hires.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!
•Minimum 2- years proven massive recruiting experience is required.
•Extremely well-developed planning and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
•On-site.Full schedule availability AM / PM & weekends and holidays.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different levels of employees.
