Responding to Client Inquiries: Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and other communication channels, ensuring a timely and professional response.
Product Information: Provide prospects with accurate, current information about the company’s offerings, products, or services, helping them to make informed decisions.
Tailored Solutions: Identify and offer solutions that align with clients’ specific needs, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest relevant products and services to maximize value for the potential clients, and to increase revenue for Inspectify.
Order Processing: Handle inbound orders efficiently and record all client interaction details in the CRM system for the team's future reference and future reach out..
Feedback Loop: Share valuable insights from client interactions with Product, Customer Service, Growth, and Marketing teams to help improve offerings and customer journey.
