Coordinate and execute the supply of raw materials to ensure the continuity of the production process. This will be achieved through efficient management of local and international suppliers.

•Coordinate and execute the purchasing and supply of raw materials, ensuring compliance with the inventory policy.
•Manage the supply plan, converting the production schedule into material requirements, ensuring their availability when required.
•Ensure compliance with material reception plans, aligning them with working capital goals and operational service levels.
•Manage the relationship with suppliers, monitoring their performance, managing complaints, and ensuring quality in the manufacturing process.
•Participate in planning meetings with the manufacturing team to confirm volumes and the viability of production plans.
•Design and coordinate the execution of the weekly and monthly delivery plan, ensuring compliance with reception times according to inventory policies.
•Identify opportunities for cost, productivity, and risk mitigation optimization, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
•Automate and standardize reports on supply indicators (service level, costs, order fulfillment, among others) to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Ensure the correct processing of purchase orders and invoice uploads, ensuring proper documentation and order completion.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint (indispensable).
•Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data, identify patterns and trends, and generate evidence-based recommendations that drive strategic decision-making within the company. The ability to think critically and solve complex problems efficiently will be a plus.
•Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks in the raw material supply chain.
•Experience in using technology platforms (desired)
