Supervisor/Head Barista

As our Supervisor/Head Barista, you will prepare exceptional coffee and beverages, lead and inspire the team, coordinate opening and closing shifts, train staff, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness and organization, and collaborate with management to drive the café’s success.

Minimum Requirements:

• Secondary level education or equivalent (mandatory).
• A business certificate or degree in restaurant management (will be a plus).
• Clear police record/certificate of good character (mandatory).
• Legally allowed to work in Trinidad and Tobago (mandatory).
• Must be able to use and be familiar with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and manage emails and administrative tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
