Candidate must speak fluent English Language High school diploma (Mathematics and English needed in CSEC)  Specific industry experience preferred  Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (are as follows but are not limited to)
 Binning of packages
 Double check labels on all packages
 Answer/ assist any customer queries in store
 Be abreast of the company’s terms of service
 Process transactions in store
 Maintain a clean workspace
 Re-binning of packages every other day or as instructed
 Be accountable for individual cash draw
 Greeting customers
 Abide by company’s guidelines and policies
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Attention to detail

 Completion of daily z out
 Accountability when dealing with packages
 Monday to Saturday and multitask in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:
 High school diploma (Mathematics and English needed in CSEC)
 Tertiary Education preferred
 Specific industry experience preferred
 Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication
skills, professional phone voice.
 Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
 Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.
 Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
 Strong time management and decision making skills.
 Adaptability and accountability.
