Enrollment Specialist

Position Summary: 

Enrollment Specialists are responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to identify potential new customers and ensure prospects meet the criteria for services. The Enrollment Specialist will then fill out an intake questionnaire and gather supporting documents from the caller; finally, submitting the packaged details to the client for processing.
Shift: 2PM - 11PM 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from multiple marketing sources
  • Making outbound calls to both follow-up and secure potential new customer enrollments
  • Verify potential new customers by asking a preset list of qualification questions
  • Use approved scripting and rebuttals to successfully navigate the conversation
  • Document all conversations with potential new customers in the CRM tool 
  • Complete the intake questionnaire document in a detailed and thorough way 
  • Gather all required supporting documentation from the potential new customer
  • Facilitate the completion of enrollment signatures 
  • Package all details and documentation for client level processing
  • Strong work ethic and strict schedule adherence is a must!
  • All team members will be required to meet enrollment, call and quality KPI metric requirements.

 Essential Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year BPO sales experience
  • Minimum of 4 CXC subjects ( Math and English included) or equivalent education
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required
  • Superior customer service phone skills is a must
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and be self- motivated
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid Government issued ID
  • Have the ability to work extended hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Working knowledge of internet browsers and Windows based platforms
  • Must pass a computer competency exam
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic working environment.
