On behalf of the Caribbean Coffee Traders Ltd., Starbucks – The IRE Group of Companies is seeking to recruit a Store Manager, Warehouse Porter, Barista and Shift Supervisor.
Store Manager
The store manager is required to exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store.
- College degree (Associates, Diploma or Bachelors) in business or a closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
- High School Diploma.
Warehouse Porter
The role of the Warehouse Porter is to ensure that all store orders picked, packed, and scanning orders.
- Tertiary level training in Management.
- A degree in Human Resource or Accounting would be an asset.
- 1 year experience in Warehouse operations.
Barista
The Barista plays a dual role in delivering exceptional customer service as a barista while efficiently managing inventory operations for the store.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a retail environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Shift Supervisor
This position contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
- 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Experience with delegating and coordinating tasks.
