The role of the Shuttle Driver is to transport those persons employed to Supreme Ventures Services Ltd (SVSL) and/or the Supreme Ventures Group and such other person as may be directed by SVSL from time to time, to and from the locations specified by the AVP, Facilities.

The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for the following key areas of focus, but not limited to:

 

  • Transport those persons employed to SVSL and/or the Supreme Ventures Group and such other person as may be directed by SVSL from time to time, to and from the locations   specified by the Fleet Supervisor.     
  • Only use the vehicle provided by SVSL in furtherance of his duties stated in this Agreement and for such other matters, as may reasonably be required by SVSL from time to time, and any other usage of the said vehicle(s) by the Employee will not be allowed.
  • Always ensure that while performing the duties, the Employee is properly licensed to drive the said vehicle and that he performs his duties in a matter that is compliant with the Road Traffic Act as well as all other relevant statutory obligations at all material times.
  • Ensure to drive the vehicle with reasonable care and that he always performs his duties in a punctual and effective manner.
  • While performing his duties, the Employee shall adhere to all such measures as are    necessary to prevent the spread of any virus and/or disease, including but not limited to transporting not more than five (5) persons at a time, ensuring that everyone has been properly sanitized before entering vehicle and such other measures required by the Disaster Risk Management Act at all material times.
  • Ensure that vehicle(s) provided by SVSL are kept in a clean and tidy manner and are reasonably comfortable for staff when performing his duties.
  • Do not allow any other person to drive the vehicle(s) provided by SVSL, unless the Employee as well as such person has received the prior authorization and instructions of the Fleet Supervisor.
  • Communicate any damage or malfunction of the vehicle(s) to the Fleet Officer within one hour of identifying said damage or malfunction.
