The Role:

The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the sales and marketing efforts, driving growth and maximizing market share through the following:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
• Identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
• Utilising data-driven insights to optimise sales and marketing campaigns, driving ROI and enhancing customer engagement.
• Overseeing the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies to effectively promote products and services.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.

The Candidate:

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• A proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet skills, presentation software, word processing, CRM software, marketing automation tools and digital analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results in a dynamic market landscape.
