We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and executing public relations strategies that enhance and maintain a positive public image for our company.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Strategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive public relations programs that align with our company's values and objectives. Focus on building and sustaining a favorable public image while addressing potential challenges related to environmental stance and political neutrality.
•Event Management: Play a pivotal role in attending, managing, and planning high-visibility corporate and public events. Ensure our company's presence is impactful and aligns with our overall PR objectives.
•Campaign Management: Take charge of managing and planning elaborate public relations campaigns, with clear approval and guidance from senior management. Each campaign should be tailored to reinforce our company's reputation positively.
•Collaboration and Partnership: Actively collaborate and maintain a close working relationship with the Key Account Manager to ensure seamless integration of PR strategies in event and product launches. Your contribution will be vital in maximizing the impact of our customer-focused initiatives.
•Issue Management: Monitor, identify, and address issues that could affect public sentiment. Use strategic communication to mitigate negative impacts and highlight our company's proactive stance on crucial matters. 

Qualifications & Requirement:

•Minimum of 6 years of working experience in a related role with proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist or similar position, and a successful track record in developing and executing PR strategies.
•Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
•Strong understanding of media operations and the digital media landscape.
•Demonstrable skills in event planning and campaign management.
