Our company is looking for a talented Marketing Manager   to join our winning Marketing Team! Reporting to the  Managing Director. The Marketing Manager will develop and oversee strategies to promote products or services, drive brand growth, and achieve business objectives through targeted campaigns and market analysis.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services mainly via social media.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
  • Oversee all marketing ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
  • Liaise with sales Manager to identify products and services around which monthly advertising and promotion will be focused.
  • Direct third-party content creators to ensure we have adequate, appropriate and quality content to support advertising, promotions and social media presence.  
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring marketing expenses.
  • Oversee management of social media accounts ensuring the creation and sharing of content and engaging followers.
  • Educating customers about our products.
  • Creating websites and social media content to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, trade shows and webinars.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good understanding of social media and web analytics
