As the Senior Officer Market Operations, you will be operations-focused with responsibilities for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Senior Officer - Ignition Support (Market Operations), you will be operations-focused with responsibilities for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Business Hub/Ignition Center team (Ignition BH), including, but not limited to:  inventory support for supplies & swag, including the procurement of Ignition supplies, monthly market hub reports, and providing support to Session Readiness Coordinators (SRC) across Ignition locations and mobile delivery

The KJESS Senior Officer – Ignition Support (Market Operations) will take direction from the KJESS Functional Manager, Senior Manager and other Growth & Strategy client team members who are accountable for supported work.

Essential duties include:

  • Support Session Readiness Coordinators (SRC) across Ignition locations and mobile delivery
  • Conduct monthly check-in with local Ignition teams regarding Ignition supplies, branded swag or merchandise stock, work with SRCs to reorder in support of session delivery.
  • Manage Ignition session space requests captured in Monday.com and submit them in CORE, cancelling or releasing space requests if session is cancelled or changed
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with local Ignition teams regarding Mobile Delivery Kits stored in non-Ignition center locations; validate contents and reorder/restock if necessary.
  • Procure supplies and submit purchase expenses on a monthly basis
  • Collect and organize multiple data points, follow-up with team members on missing information to provide monthly Ignition center session and space usage reports
  • Understand and manage to client experience quality standards, including Moments that Matter; Encourage teams to consider elements even when not mentioned (i.e., use of music, use of merchandise or “swag”, personalized culinary, etc.
  •  Provide direct support to certain smaller or newer markets, such as San Francisco, Atlanta, and Denver, where there is no on-site SRC presence
  • Assist in the training of new joiners on in-scope tasks according to Clients’ standard operating procedures
