Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Damage Assessment & Loss Adjusting to oversee and enhance our damage assessment division. The ideal candidate must be registered with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and possess strong leadership skills to manage assessments, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the damage assessment and loss adjusting operations.
• Lead and train a team of assessors to maintain high accuracy in claims evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with FSC regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance assessment methodologies, including AI technology integration.
• Liaise with insurance companies, ensuring seamless claims processing.
• Provide expert guidance on complex loss adjustment cases.

Qualifications:

• Must be registered with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) for loss adjusting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in loss adjusting, insurance claims, or vehicle damage assessment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims processing, and damage evaluation.
• Familiarity with AI-based or digital assessment tools is an asset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
