Senior Financial Analyst - Chaguanas

Support the Unit with financial and performance reporting for TT entities, ensuring compliance with JMMB Group standards. Manage month-end close, budget inputs, and monitor business line performance.

Job Summary:
To support the Unit with reporting functions for the TT entities to ensure alignment with the JMMB Group management reporting standards. This entails financial and performance management reporting ensuring quality support to the key stakeholders through efficient report submission, inputs for budget and monitoring of business line performance management. This role also ensures the completion of month end close out and consolidation process for JMMB Investments (Trinidad & Tobago).

Key Responsibilities:

• Executes the JMMB Investment monthly financial close process including generation of financial statements, board reporting.
• Prepares Management Analysis Reports on performance against associated KPI’s established from the budgeting process.
• Collates required input into the annual budgeting process from the various functional units for preparation of budgeted financial statements and subsidiary schedules.
• Coordinates the annual statutory audit process for JMMB Investment to ensure the efficient submission of audited financials within statutory deadlines.
• Prepares reconciliations of all balance sheet GL accounts ensuring completeness and accuracy in financial statement reporting for JMMB Investment.
• Analyzes and supports the iterative review of output from budget process to facilitate finalizations for all stakeholders.
• Completion of any other duties that may be assigned as and when required by Management.
