Qualifications, Experience & Specialized Skills:
★ High school diploma or equivalent and TPDCO Certificate
★ Previous experience in customer service or the Tourism Industry.
★ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
★ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
★ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
★ Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
★ Highly professional and ethical standards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
★ Assign and dispatch personnel and vehicles based on availability, priority, and location.
★ Serve as the primary point of contact between location staff, customers, and management, ensuring clear and timely communication.
★ Quickly address delays, cancellations, or emergencies by reallocating resources and finding effective solutions.
★ Handle inquiries, provide job status updates, and resolve service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
★ Maintain accurate logs of assignments, schedules, incidents, and reports for operational efficiency and compliance.
★ Ensure all dispatched activities align with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols. Analyze and improve dispatch processes.
★ Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth workflow.
