Senior Civil Engineer (Road Infrastructure)

Job Overview:

The Senior Civil Engineer (Road Infrastructure) role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for developing infrastructure and a commitment to leading dynamic projects. The role will focus on the formulation and supervision of road infrastructure.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Design and supervise primarily road infrastructure.
• Lead design teams as the Project Team Leader, ensuring the successful completion of project design and supervision deliverables.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies for assigned projects, aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil design and project management.
• Proven experience in roads design and supervision.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design tools such as Civil 3D and HEC-HMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Experience in road design and supervision is a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and GOJ forms of contracts is a plus.
