The following requirements are needed:

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Egineering and Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field. Please provide proof of certification in your application.

- Must have experience in managing and co-ordinating road and bridge construction in large-scale construction projects.

- Must have experience in project planning, development and execution.

- Must have experience in designing, developing and reviewing technical building and infrastructure plans and drawings for construction projects. 

- Must be able to supervise the on-site team and ensure that the design and build concepts of the project are followed.

- Must be able to co-ordinate with their team members.

- Must ensure that the project is able to meet the necessary goals on time and within budget. 

- Must have at least two (2) references in which the contact information for the referee is accurate.
