Senior Business Development Executive

An innovative technology and digital transformation firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand their client base across the Caribbean and beyond. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close new business opportunities across key service lines.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and analyzing performance using CRM tools.
  • Lead client engagements, fostering trust and long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the company’s value proposition and align solutions with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized pre-sales and post-sales solutions.
  • Support lead-generation activities, including marketing campaigns and industry events, to enhance market presence.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth and strategic vision.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to position the company as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT solutions sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, digital transformation, and compliance solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic, client-focused mindset with the ability to drive high-value deals.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and globally as needed.
