Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for our company located in Montego Bay.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and lead the company's Security Programme.

• Investigate breaches of security regulations and ensure strict compliance.

• Coordinate the security programme with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

• Monitor and manage the operations of contracted security personnel.

• Manage security operations during emergencies, in collaboration with other departments and authorities.

• Report and document safety and security breaches as required.

• Adhere to all company, and industry safety standards and procedures.

ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security, Risk, or Disaster Management.
• 5+ years of management experience in a security-related field.
• Experience in the aviation industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English is required, Spanish is an asset.
