Investigate incidents or complaints, prepare incident reports, and provide recommendations for corrective actions Proficient in using security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of security officers providing clear direction, guidance, and
support.
2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with
industry standards and legal requirements.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of
security measures at all locations.
4. Train and educate security personnel on proper security techniques and protocols.
5. Assign work schedules, tasks, and responsibilities to security officers, always ensuring
appropriate coverage.
6. Review and update of Security Management Plan, Contingency Plans and SOPs for every
contract
7. Ensure administrative functions within the Operations Department are completed in a
timely manner e.g. submission of reports, leave forms, queries etc.
8. Monitor security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms to
identify and respond to any potential security threats or breaches.
9. Stay updated on the latest security technologies, industry trends, and best practices to
continuously improve security operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management and /or Security Administration and
Management  an asset
- Proven experience as a Security Coordinator or similar role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively delegate
tasks and motivate a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to
detail.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick, sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle demanding situations and maintain a visible
presence on-site.
- Possession of relevant security certifications or licenses is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the
operational needs.
