Responsibilities:

• Grow existing business through strategic decision making within product management and customer service.
• Develop and manage systems and processes that allow for the continuous monitoring and information gathering of competitors and market activities.
• Plan & execute monthly and quarterly business reviews, discussing new business opportunities, and operational challenges.
• Prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that sales team’s quotas are met.
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
• Maintains relationships with important clients by regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or sales management.
