Sales and customer service

Core Responsibilities

Researching and reaching out to potential customers.

Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads.

Product/Service Knowledge

Thorough understanding the product or service.

Explaining features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

Delivering compelling pitches in person(door to door),over the phone, or online.

Tailoring presentations to suit different demographic .

Negotiation & Closing Sales

Discussing terms and pricing.

Handling objections and closing deals.

Customer Relationship Management

Following up after sales.

Building long-term relationships for repeat business.

Updating CRM systems or sales reports.

Providing feedback to management.

Monitoring competitor activity.

Identifying trends and customer needs.

 

Additional Responsibilities (depending on role)

Attending trade shows or networking events.

Collaborating with marketing or product team.

Providing post-sale support or training.

Meeting weekly, monthly or quarterly sales targets.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE JOB

May be required to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends

Prolonged periods of concentration

 Island wide travel

 

Note: The successful applicant is required to have at least 3 years minimum driving experience
