Job Description – Sales Representative

The incumbent will generate sales leads for products and services by sourcing new customers, enhancing existing offerings, and closing sales contracts. The Sales Representative will also improve customer service by fostering strong relationships with clients.

Primary Tasks

• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience

• A Level Certification
• Certificate in Sales/ Marketing.
• 4-5 years in a Sales or Marketing position preferably in the marine or energy sector.
• At least three (3) years of Selling Experience in the field is mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must own a reliable and inspected vehicle
