Sales Representative
Salary - $ 4,500.00 (A 5% monthly sales commission is payable on collections and Sales Quota of $50,000.00 per month)
Company vehicle for the site/client visit (applicants must be 25 years and older for insurance purposes)
• Generate Leads. • Meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and, negotiations. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports. • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. • Understanding and promoting company programs. • Preparing and submitting sales contracts and orders. • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. • Maintain client records. • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. • Prepare sales budgets in conjunction with the Marketing department. • General sales report on a weekly basis. • Provide feedback on market changes and products and services needed. • Recommend products and services which can be marketed or sold. • Identify sales prospects and generate leads through various channels • Introduce products and services to potential clients, pitch them, and close sales • Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business • Achieve monthly sales targets for various products and services • Resolve customer queries and issues, and facilitate customer service • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases. • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments
as needed. • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and
customer complaints. • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the
most suitable purchase options. • Analysing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and
market success.
Requirements:
• Should have knowledge in Electronic security: CCTV, access control, fire systems etc. • Five years or more of field sales experience. • 5 CXC O’ Levels including Mathematics and English and A levels. • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written. • Excellent customer relations and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to process information/merchandise. • Ability to communicate with General Manager, Operations Manager, Administrative personnel, current and prospective customers on a professional level. • Must have a valid driver’s license. And five (5) years of driving experience. • Knowledge of road networks of Trinidad and Tobago • Ability to work varied hours/days including evenings and/or weekends.
