Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative at JusDrive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and ensuring our customers make informed and satisfied vehicle purchases. The ideal candidate will possess robust knowledge of our vehicle inventory, a passion for customer service, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale
  • Maintain a customer database and communicate with them
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
  • Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features and specifications.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management team.
    • Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed
    • Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM system
 

Customer Relationship Management:

 

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and transparent vehicle purchasing process.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Manage and update customer data using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Loan officers from various financial institutions to facilitate and present vehicle financing options to customers.
  • Ensure all transaction documentation is accurate and aligns with requirements.
  • Stay abreast with the features, specifications, and availability of the vehicle inventory.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education related to the automotive industry and sales techniques.
    • Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets
    • Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
    • Participate in sales events and promotional activities.
    • Completing assigned tasks associated with marketing in a timely manner
    • Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to aid in marketing strategies.
      • High School Diploma or equivalent.
      • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Car Salesperson

  • Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related sales environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Effective negotiation and closing skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
    • Intuition to anticipate which cars will appeal to different customers
    • Active listening to best determine a customer’s wants and needs
    • Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
    • Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with financial institutions and/or other Salespeople
