To oversee all communications, public relations, and promotional activities in support of the Company’s image and marketing strategy.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional materials and programmes inclusive of but not limited to printing, electronic media, direct mail, and signage.
  • Design and implement affiliate partnerships where needed and applicable for the brand.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of Company.
  • Create marketing budgets, programmes and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage market research and competitive analysis data to generate reports and presentations as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for new and existing tenants.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
  • Remain current regarding company-wide activities and initiatives, identifying challengess and taking corrective action where needed.
  • Performs all other related duties assigned by Senior Management and Executive of the Company.

 

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • A critical thinker, applying logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions or approaches to challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
  • Creative and innovative with a keen eye for details
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with all Departments, Management Teams and Senior Executives employing a collaborative approach
  • Ability to Blog post and create content for the company’s website.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing / Business Management or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role.
  • Eight (8) years progressive experience in Marketing with at least three (3) years at a senior level.
  • Must have a combination of traditional marketing experience and social media expertise; including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Snapchat
