Sales Manager-St. Lucia

The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales through the development of key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback to the team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to achieve targets.
Qualifications and Personal Traits Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the industry and the local market dynamics.
- Results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving sales growth.
This position requires that you are a resident of, and based in St. Lucia.
