A Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategies related to products, including audio equipment, speakers, amplifiers, mixers, and related accessories. Experience in sales and marketing knowledge in the corporate industry
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for products, ensuring growth in market share and profitability.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including businesses, event planners, venues, and audio professionals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands. Identify and act on new business opportunities in the sound systems market.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecast future sales, and present findings to senior management. Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional materials, campaigns, and events to boost product visibility and generate leads.
Inventory & Order Management:
Coordinate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure stock levels align with demand and that orders are processed promptly.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to close sales, develop long-term client relationships, and manage high-value accounts.
Leadership:
Excellent management and leadership skills, with experience coaching, training, and motivating a sales team.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.

Software Proficiency:
