This role is responsible for implementing Label House Group’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives to achieve annual sales targets. This role focuses on managing key accounts to ensure a great customer experience and compliance with service level agreements
Sales Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and drive growth for both new and existing customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Customer Interaction and Relationship Management
- Visit and liaise with local and foreign customers to gather necessary MRP information, including end-of-month inventory levels by SKU and delivery requirements.
- Build strong account relationships and establish close partnerships with customers, understanding their requests and adapting to their changing needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer calls efficiently, proactively, and courteously, addressing specific customer needs as required.
- Conduct plant tours for customers, enhancing their understanding of the company’s processes, technology, and products to increase sales.
Order and Quotation Management
- Secure orders and projection plan by obtaining official Purchase Orders along with artwork and job specifications.
- Prepare and submit quotations for customer approval, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Verify customer purchase orders and forward relevant information to internal departments.
Service Level Agreements and Documentation
- Secure or renew service level agreements with customers according to contract conditions, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and update various reports and documents, such as Customer Executive Meeting Reports, Sales Target Reports, and MRP Weekly Reports.
Artwork and Job Management
- Prepare Pre-Press Service Request Forms and Specification Sheets along with electronic files to facilitate production by the Design Team.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and artwork by liaising with relevant departments.
- Review final artwork from the Pre-Press Department and obtain customer approval for production initiation.
- Work in conjunction with the Job Engineering Service Desk to ensure that production requirements are completed at least 2 weeks prior to the estimated production date.
Project Coordination and Follow-up
- Follow up on outstanding orders and non-conformances, ensuring timely delivery and corrective actions in line with internal procedures.
- Coordinate overseas travel plans, including appointments, flights, accommodation, and foreign currency arrangements.
Presentations and Sales Leads
- Compile a list of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
- Make presentations to customers on company products and services, solicit feedback and submitting action proposals accordingly.
Customer Service and Complaint Resolution
- Execute activities related to customer service, adhering to internal procedures and principles.
- Follow up on non-conformances and customer complaints, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Safety and Quality Adherence
- Perform duties adhering to the company’s safety and quality procedures and practices.
- Always maintain good housekeeping practices.
Standardization of processes
- As a senior staff member, one of the main functions will be to lead and work together with the rest of the Account Executives in the standardization of best practices to operate under a standard system that guarantees the best results.
CRM and Customer Information Management
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer data within the CRM system. Timely updates and maintenance of account information are essential to support effective account management and customer service. This includes regularly reviewing and updating customer records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
