We're hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to lead retail operations across multiple locations. Ideal for a motivated leader with a proven sales track record, this role focuses on driving growth, boosting team performance, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  1. Lead and manage retail sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and KPIs to measure team performance.
  3. Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional events, including trade shows.
  4. Utilize structured sales processes to optimize lead management and customer interactions.

Customer Engagement & Sales Process

  1. Oversee and refine the lead conversion system, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer retention.
  2. Maximize all customer touchpoints to enhance engagement and increase sales opportunities.
  3. Monitor post-sale follow-ups, including customer surveys and satisfaction checks.
  4. Resolve outstanding customer issues to maintain brand trust and loyalty.

Team Management & Motivation

  1. Provide consistent leadership, training, and mentorship to sales staff.
  2. Promote a culture of accountability, productivity, and excellence.
  3. Track team performance and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  1. Use internal systems to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
  2. Generate analytical reports to assess sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities for performance tracking and evaluation.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management.
  2. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  3. Experience leading and coaching teams in a sales-driven environment.
  4. Strong knowledge of customer relationship and lead management.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused retail setting.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve performance metrics.
  7. Experience in high-touch customer sales environments is a strong asset.
  8. Own transportation preferred (travel expenses reimbursed).
