Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food service, technology, and business development within the hospitality industry. This role will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions to our hotel and resort clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, particularly hotels and resorts.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships while expanding the client base.
- Present and promote Shawcorp’s eco-friendly products, turn-key services, and freight forwarding solutions to potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client needs are met and company goals are achieved.
- Provide ongoing client support and offer tailored solutions for hotel and resort needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in sustainable solutions and hospitality technology.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in sales within the food service, technology, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships in the hospitality sector.
- In-depth knowledge of eco-friendly products, room amenities, and technology solutions for the hospitality industry.
- xcellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of independence.
- Strong Negoitating Skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the food service or hospitality sector.
- Must have a reliable motor vehicle for travel.
- Flexibility to travel island-wide as needed.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain within the hospitality industry is a plus.
