We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. We are a leading provider of high-quality printing solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company. This role requires someone who can thrive in an office environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the printing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales leads.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for various printing services, including but not limited to digital printing, offset printing, and custom print solutions.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, clearly explaining the company's services and value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet client needs while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to better serve clients and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed to build and maintain relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the printing or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of printing processes, products, and technologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
