Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Executive to join our Plen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect to expand the customer base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure client success.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance business development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and QuickBooks (Online & Desktop).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
