Provide all administrative and clerical support for the sales department. This role will also be responsible for all interdepartmental correspondence and assist with all tender activities in the department.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE

  1. Prepare quotations, costings and all relevant sales documentation as required
  2. Maintain and update all sales databases
  3. Coordinate all requests and queries from the general public, clients, suppliers and customers
  4. Provide other clerical support related to the functioning of the sales department such as typing, photocopying, faxing, compiling and circulation of documents
  5. Record, prepare and disseminate minutes of meetings as required
  6. Maintain a hard/soft filing system for all relevant documentation within the department
  7. Facilitate interdepartmental transition for all customer orders
  8. Follow up on customer invoicing for filing purposes
  9. Assist with all administrative duties for the successful compilation and submission of tenders

 

REQUIREMENTS

  1.  Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar
  2. 3-5 years administrative experience
  3. Experience in Medical Sales Sector (preferred)
  4. Knowledge of office equipment i.e. multifunctional printers, binding tools etc.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, creative and critical thinking skills
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
