Sales Associate

Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products, and excite customers about their purchases.
• Calculate the customer's flooring or wall space to determine the type and quantity of product. 
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable, and safe.
• Ensure stock levels are maintain and replenish as and when required. 
• Liaise with the necessary personnel and keep everyone informed to ensure the customer's requirements are met. 
• Work in cooperation with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using the SAGE 50 system.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Assist with other general duties as required.
