Business Operations Assistant (HR & Operations)
JOB SUMMARY
The Business Operations Assistant’s duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department as well as our Janitorial department. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in ensuring policies and processes are followed and documented as well as ensure the smooth work flow and high standards of work within our facilities unit.
