SPA SUPERVISOR  

The spa supervisor will be a part of a team that provides guests with the highest quality service and ensures their complete satisfaction with every aspect of their spa experience. He/she will assist the spa manager with supervising all spa employees.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Assisting the Spa manager in day-to-day duties
• Ensuring team members provide the highest level of guest service and intervenes as necessary to mitigate any unfavorable deviations
• Performing Receptionist duties when necessary
• Assisting the manager with weekly scheduling of team members and contract workers
• Performing treatments to guests (if qualified) when necessary
• Maintaining adequate supply of clean linen by ensuring the prompt removal of soiled linen and pick-up and attractive display of clean linen
• Generating and placing purchase orders upon approval

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Certification in Spa Management or related field
• A minimum of three years’ experience in in a similar position
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a customer service/sales position
• Ability to work a versatile and flexible schedule based on the needs of the resort, including days off and holidays, if necessary.
• Detailed-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills effectively enable dialogue with both internal and external clients.
• Ability to interpret and execute financial statements and tracking documents.
• Proven knowledge in massage therapy, aesthetics, beauty treatment and fitness
