Yello Media Group has established an outstanding reputation for quality top performers at all levels and is seeking to fill the position of Rollover Sales Representative.

The Rollover Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by selling to both new and existing customers within designated Yello Media Group territories. This role includes selling across Print, IYD and digital advertising solutions. The representative will focus on generating incremental business within current accounts while also identifying and acquiring new business. Strong relationship-building skills will be key to ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. Working closely with the Rollover Manager, the Rollover Sales Representative will contribute to achieving overall market canvass and revenue targets by collaborating with various sales channels, product teams, and the marketing department. The representative will also leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance sales efforts and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions that meet client needs. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in sales, with a focus on digital advertising solutions, online media, or similar digital platforms. 
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suites  
  • Additional relevant sales, marketing, or digital marketing certification is a plus.( e.g. Google Digital Garage) 
  • Proven track record of excelling in tele-sales and digital sales, achieving targets, and delivering excellent customer service. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and customer follow-ups across Print, IYD, and digital platforms. 
  • Collaborate with the Rollover Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets and track performance throughout the year. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for YMG’s products, including print and digital advertising solutions. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly explain digital advertising solutions to clients. 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing practices, including social media marketing, SEM, and display advertising. 
  • Cultivate strategic customer relationships to improve loyalty, retention. 
  • Understand customer business goals to present tailored print and digital solutions. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on meeting targets for both traditional media and digital advertising solutions. 
  • Utilize business intelligence (BI) data and digital tools like CRM platforms to identify the right prospects and effectively manage sales leads. 
  • Manage the agreed levels of sales activity to drive revenue and lead generation across designated markets, focusing on digital and online media trends. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to align on pricing strategies, product launches, and digital performance. 
  • Conduct regular reviews and variance analyses to track sales against targets, implementing corrective actions when necessary. 

  Specialized Skills: 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex digital advertising solutions clearly and effectively. 
  • Knowledge in digital marketing techniques. 
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, with the ability to recommend both traditional and digital media solutions. 
  • Ability to manage complex workflows, multi-task effectively, and maintain attention to detail. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple sales channels. 

 Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute both traditional and digital sales strategies to meet revenue targets. 
  • Utilize digital analytics and BI tools to assess customer needs and present the most effective advertising solutions. 
  • Improve customer experience and exceed sales targets across all YMG products, including digital solutions. 
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Rollover Sales Manager to report on sales performance and identify opportunities for growth, particularly in digital advertising. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify market awareness needs through advertising and promotion (A&P) to drive revenue growth in both print and digital advertising. 

 Special Conditions: 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle to meet with clients and vendors. 
  • May be required to work outside of normal working hours to meet customer needs. 
  • Will be required to make customer visits, including to clients interested in digital advertising solutions.
