Join the growing team of a leading distributor of pharmaceutical products as a Retail Supervisor and play a key role in executing strategic retail initiatives, managing teams, and optimizing retail performance.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage, lead, and coordinate the Sales Force, ensuring that assigned sales objectives are met in promotional activities and team routes, market coverage, and correct execution of product promotion strategies.
- Ensure the correct execution of commercial plans at points of sale.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide the FDA (Field Sales Team) to ensure high performance and goal achievement, setting clear and measurable objectives for the team aligned with the company's commercial goals.
- Evaluate individual and group performance of the FDA, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop action plans to improve team performance.
- Prepare routes according to brand guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Ensure the correct execution of promotional materials (Gimmicks) and vouchers distributed to the team under their responsibility.
- Report and provide visibility on opportunities identified by the FDA at points of sale.
- Control, manage, and administer POP (Point of Purchase) material inventory.
- Prepare reports and documents as needed by the brand.
- Identify and manage opportunities at points of sale to benefit the brand.
- Train and educate the team on the assigned portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Bachelor's Degree an asset
- One (1) year of experience in a supervisory role
- Two (2) years' experience in product distribution
- Experience in route channels
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable motor vehicle
COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary - $128,000 per month
- Travelling Allowance - $76,800 per month
