Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay informed about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer customer questions and make suggestions accordingly.
• Assist in managing the restaurant's inventory, inclusive of informing the Manager timely on any issues, packing supplies when required, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure you respective work area is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Train other staff members in your respective area, and on customer service standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends to enhance the restaurant's offerings.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events, tastings, and promotions to drive restaurant sales.
